Who am I?

I am a Software Engineer, specializing in web development, with a strong interest in simplifying complex technical challenges. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from USP and a technical degree in Systems Development.

Experience

I have approximately 2 years of experience in software development with requirements gathering, modeling, writing documentation, testing, and coding.

I have experience in Frontend and Backend development. I can build interfaces using Typescript with frameworks such as ReactJs and VueJs, and with the languages Python, Java, Golang, and NodeJs I can build robust and scalable systems.

Regarding databases, I’m comfortable working with relational (SQL) databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and OracleDB, and non-relational (NoSQL) databases such as MongoDB.

My key achievements are

• Enhanced BTG Pactual’s incident management system by designing and launching 10+ RESTful API endpoints, improving performance by 30%.
• Mentored 30+ students in full-stack web development at USPCodeLab Sanca, leading 95% to successfully build their first web applications.
• Developed a refund management system at OPUS Software, automating 50% of manual HR processes and saving significant administrative time.
• Engineered a ChatBot at Take Blip handling over 1,000 daily customer interactions, improving user experience and system reliability.

• Despite studying Information Systems, I have a background in Mechatronics and a complete technical degree in the field.
• I have an amazing girlfriend named Letícia.
• With my girlfriend we have a cat named Catharina (or Cathy for short).
• I have an orange cat named Simba who loves to be “orange” with Cathy.
• I really like algorithms and data structures, and whenever I can I am studying about it.
• I really like to play games, some of my favorites are: American Truck Simulator, The Witcher 3, League of Legends (ARAM with friends).
